InvoiceCraft is a free online invoice generator for freelancers, independent designers, developers and small service businesses. It exists because invoicing should not require an account, a subscription, or handing your client list to yet another SaaS dashboard.
Privacy by architecture
Your invoice data is processed in your browser and stored only in your browser's localStorage. There is no server to upload to — we could not see your data even if we wanted to.
Fast and free
No account, no trial, no watermark. Open the page, fill the form, download a professional PDF. The whole app is statically served, so it loads fast anywhere in the world.

Multi-currency support (USD, EUR, GBP, CNY, AUD and more), custom tax rates and discounts, and clean templates that work for clients in any country.

Download a watermark-free PDF or print directly from the browser. Both use the same professional invoice layout.
How it works
The entire app is a static web page. When you type, the invoice preview updates instantly in your browser. When you click Download PDF, the PDF is rendered on your device using a client-side PDF engine. Nothing is ever transmitted to a server — see our privacy policy for details.
What's next
This tool is the first of a planned suite: quotes and estimates, receipts, and simple contract templates — all with the same privacy-first approach. More invoice templates and languages are on the roadmap.
